Michael E. Tarvin

Michael E. Tarvin has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since February 2007. He was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from November 1999 to February 2007. He joined Select Medical as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in February 1997. Previously, Mr. Tarvin was Vice President and Senior Counsel for Continental Medical Systems, Inc. from February 1993 until February 1997 and was Associate Counsel starting in March 1992. Mr. Tarvin was an associate counsel at the Philadelphia law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP from September 1985 until March 1992.
