Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid Time Off is provided for vacation, illness or injury, personal business, bereavement and company-recognized holidays.
Extended Illness Days (EID)Extended Illness Days provide a form of short-term disability insurance for you and accumulate over time.
Health/Dental/Vision/PrescriptionComprehensive plans are available for you and your dependents. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous full-time employment.
Life InsuranceYou are provided with a Company paid term life and AD&D policy. Additional supplemental insurance as well as spousal and dependent options are also available.
Disability InsuranceA voluntary Short Term Disability (STD) is available to you. Long Term Disability (LTD) is provided to you. Select Medical pays plan premiums.
