Bryan C. Cressey

Brian CresseyBryan C. Cressey has served as a director of Select since February 1997, and became a director of the Company on February 24, 2005. Mr. Cressey also currently serves on the board of directors of Concentra Group Holdings, LLC. He is a partner of Cressey & Company, which he founded in 2007. He is a managing partner of Thoma Cressey Bravo, which he co founded in June 1998. Prior to that time he was a principal, partner and co founder of Golder, Thoma, Cressey and Rauner, the predecessor of GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC, since 1980. Mr. Cressey also serves as a director of Belden Inc. and several private companies and served as a director of Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2006 to 2012.
