Accreditations and Awards

At Select Medical, we take accreditations very seriously.

These rigorous external reviews ensure our hospitals are meeting regulations and standards.

For patients and families, accreditations are gold stamp of approval that they have made the right choice for care.

For referring physicians, it validates that our hospitals provide the highest level of quality care and safety for patients.

Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals

Most Select Medical critical illness recovery hospitals are accredited by The Joint Commission. The exception is Select Specialty Hospital - Hampton Roads which is Det Norske Veritas (DNV) accredited.
