A pre-admission screening is completed for all referred patients by a designated member of the rehabilitation team, and admission is approved by a physician.
Care Team EvaluationOnce admitted, further evaluation is conducted by a care team who will create a custom rehabilitative treatment plan to address your specific condition and recovery needs.TreatmentAn integrated team of doctors, nurses and therapists work together to help you maximize functional independence, find emotional strength and confidence, and transition back to home, work and the community. -
