ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation
Over 18 million Americans have cancer of all types and at various stages of treatment and recovery.
Up to 90% of those receiving cancer treatments have at least one side effect. The most common side effects include pain, fatigue, difficulty with memory and concentration and mobility issues. Yet less than 10% get help for their cancer-related symptoms. ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation is changing that statistic.
Our specialized therapists focus on helping individuals with cancer, anywhere in their survivorship journey, live better lives through restoration of the mind, body and overall well-being.

Welcome – if you’re looking for ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation, you’re in the right place.

- Enhance memory and concentration
- Regain speech and swallowing abilities
- Improve bowel, bladder and sexual function
- Reduce numbness and tingling
- Manage persistent swelling and other side effects
- Continue to engage in important daily activities and roles
What to expect
During your first session, a ReVital therapist will:
- Conduct a detailed review of your history to fully understand your cancer journey and any medical or functional issues that might affect your recovery.
- Perform a specialized assessment to understand your specific goals and establish baseline measurements of strength, balance, mobility, endurance and more.
- Provide specific education on the effects cancer and its treatments can have on your body, along with tools to proactively manage potential side effects.
- Create a customized treatment plan that may include hands-on therapy, an individualized home program and tailored exercises to help you overcome challenges and meet your goals.
Throughout your cancer rehabilitation sessions, your therapist(s) will communicate progress to your cancer care team to keep them updated so everyone is working together for you.
Providers
Through partnering with all physicians involved in patient care, ReVital therapists are an extension of your cancer care team. Together we promote patient satisfaction and optimized outcomes.
With specialized rehabilitation services, we work with patients to improve function prior to treatment, mitigate or reduce symptoms during treatment and address late and lasting side effects.
Additionally, it is our privilege to do our part to move the science of cancer rehabilitation forward. Our goal is to conduct research to determine the value of cancer rehabilitation in achieving the quadruple aim of better patient health and experience and decreased total cost and clinician burden. Our research team actively partners with independent oncology practices and academic medical centers on several research initiatives aligned with value-based oncology care.
We are also proud to be a patient’s advocate and partner. We work to coordinate resources, navigate the health care system and provide treatment options that meet needs and prove helpful on the cancer journey.
ReVital is offered by the Select Medical Outpatient Division’s family of brands and available at centers across the country.
